To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vivolife.gr within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email with return guidelines. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Opened or used items will not be accepted for return.
Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Products returned without valid reason or due to buyer's change of mind may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return shipping is covered by VIVO LIFE GREECE only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5 working days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
